The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding TempME's presence in the UAE by forging strategic partnerships with local companies and organizations. This role involves promoting the TempME app to businesses seeking flexible staffing solutions and supporting freelancers ("Tempers") in securing new job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and engage with potential business clients in the UAE to promote the adoption of the TempME platform for their staffing needs.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with companies across various industries to drive platform usage and revenue growth.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to partner companies, ensuring they effectively utilize the TempME app to meet their staffing requirements.
- Freelancer Engagement: Assist Tempers in navigating the platform, enhancing their profiles, and securing job opportunities that align with their skills and preferences.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs within the UAE.
- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets through client acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

The ideal Business Development Manager for TempME is a tech-savvy, ambitious professional with a startup mindset, eager to make an impact in a growing, innovative platform in the UAE’s gig economy. They should have a strong network and deep understanding of the UAE business landscape, with a particular knack for building partnerships that drive user engagement and revenue.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably within the UAE market.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the freelance economy, staffing solutions, or related industries is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
