Job Description:
Evolve Interiors, a leading interior design firm in Dubai, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to bring innovative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and within budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative and functional design solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed drawings to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring they align with the design concept and client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to maintain design integrity and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry standards to ensure the company’s designs remain cutting-edge.
• Prepare and manage design budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
• Liaise with other departments, such as sales and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct research on new materials, design trends, and technologies to enhance the company's design offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the design and construction industry.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
