We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in the manpower outsourcing industry. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the ability to identify opportunities that align with our business objectives. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our growth strategy and enhancing our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manpower outsourcing sector, including potential clients and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development with Manpower/ Outsourcing industry in the U.A.E is mandatory
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for growth.
• Must have targets, goals to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
• Experienced at preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly goals and forecasts for future business.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and manage complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field. Master’s degree will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and spoken. Arabic will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
