Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible to lead the Sales function. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales, student enrollments, building and maintaining relationships with partners, and several exciting new projects.

Our client is a well known and established early childhood education business based in Abu Dhabi.

Description

* Develop and implement strategies to expand, including new openings, franchising, and market growth.
* Lead partnerships and manage operations in collaboration with government entities.
* Design and deliver customized educational solutions and contracts for corporate and institutional partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, government officials, and partners.
* Oversee financial planning, budget management, and performance monitoring to ensure strategic goals are met.i

Job Offer

* Salary package in the region of AED 250,000 - AED 300,000.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the education sector or similar industries.
* Proven success in expanding business operations and securing contracts in public or private sectors.
* Strong knowledge of the UAE's education landscape, particularly in early childhood education.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic as an advantage.
