Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the hospitality sector specifically Interior Design sector. This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual with a proven track record of success in sales and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business leads: Proactively research and identify potential clients within the hospitality and interior design market. Utilize various channels such as networking events, industry publications, online platforms, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target clients, including architects, interior designers, project managers, and procurement professionals.
* Sales Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address client needs.
* Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
* Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality and interior design sectors.
* Represent the Company: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Actively participate in networking activities to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
* Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyse sales performance, prepare regular reports on key metrics, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in business development or sales within the hospitality or interior design industries in Dubai / The Middle East region
* Strong knowledge of the interior design market in Dubai/ wider GCC region , including key players, trends, and procurement processes.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
