Job description / Role
Lead Management
-Lead Acquisition - Discovering and attracting new potential clients through marketing initiatives, referrals, and market research.
-Lead Screening - Assessing and filtering prospects to ensure they meet predefined qualifications before forwarding them to the sales team.
-CRM Maintenance - Updating and managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems with precise details on leads, potential clients, and existing customers.
Appointment Coordination
-Meeting Scheduling - Organizing and arranging meetings between potential clients and sales representatives.
-Follow-ups - Ensuring timely engagement with leads and scheduled appointments to maintain a smooth sales process.
Sales Assistance
-Proposal Development - Supporting the creation of sales proposals, estimates, and presentations.
-Information Compilation - Gathering and structuring essential data for sales meetings, including client background research and industry insights.
-Administrative Support - Managing emails, scheduling, and processing documentation to streamline sales operations.
Customer Relationship Management
-Client Interaction - Acting as a liaison to address basic customer inquiries and offer assistance.
-Feedback Gathering - Collecting client input regarding their experiences and requirements to refine future sales strategies.
Reporting and Market Analysis
-Performance Tracking - Monitoring and compiling reports on key sales indicators to assess the team’s efficiency and highlight improvement areas.
-Industry Insights - Studying market trends and competitor strategies to provide valuable input for sales planning.
Process Enhancement
-Efficiency Optimization - Continuously refining sales procedures and workflows to boost productivity.
-Cross-Team Collaboration - Coordinating with departments such as marketing, customer support, and product development to align objectives and reinforce sales initiatives.
Requirements:
-Strong expertise in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and software platforms.
-Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
-Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
-Proven high performer with manager ratings of Very Good or preferably Excellent.
-Proficient in various online platforms, including CRM, ERP, and project management tools, as well as -Microsoft Office.
-Committed to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
