Are you an accomplished professional seeking to elevate your career in a dynamic and thriving environment? This prestigious main contractor in Dubai is searching for a Business Development Manager to join the exec management team.
This role offers an unparalleled chance to make a significant impact within the construction industry, particularly in the buildings sector handling high value and iconic projects from High-Rise towers of G+70 to Mega Watt Data Centers.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships. You will already have a network across developers, PMC, Architects, Clients and front end suppliers.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business development within the construction industry locally in the UAE. Your core experience handling high value buildings. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, coupled with strong negotiation skills, will be crucial in expanding the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and pursuing new business ventures
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
• Conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success
Requirements:
Essential skills and experience:
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development within the construction sector in DUBAI – In-depth knowledge of the buildings market in Dubai
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• PACKAGE for the right candidate
• up to 75,000 AED PER Month
• Bonus Scheme both short and long term
• Family flights, visas and medical
