Job description / Role
We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Interiors Company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the Interiors and Fit-out industry, with a focus on securing commercial projects such as offices, retails, banks, and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
• Follow up on new and existing business opportunities, setting up meetings, and delivering successful presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, and leasing agents.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
• Manage client expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments, and building sustainable long-term business relationships.
• Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments.
• Follow up on receivables of own project sales.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE within the Interiors and Fit-out industry.
• Own car is required.
License/Certification:
• UAE driving license and own car (Required)
