Business Development Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading medical device company who are hiring a business development manager to be based in Dubai.

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the company's customer base.
• Develops strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
• Maintains good relationships with business partners and potential clients.
• Monitors and reports on the performance of business development initiatives.
• Performs market research and analysis.
• Stays updated with trends, news, and events.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE.
• A nursing background is a must.
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience within the medical devices industry. Preferably experience with neonatal.
• Must have experience within the Middle East, Africa, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Experience with channel partner or distributor management.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
