Position Title: Business Development Manager - Commercial Fit-out
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 22K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading workspace design and fit-out company, creating sustainable and high-performance offices for top-tier clients across the UAE.

Job Description:
• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector (offices, retail spaces, showroom etc.)
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation in collaboration with the estimating and design teams
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to represent the company professionally
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry development.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic Nationalities, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in business development within the interior fit-out sector (commercial projects)
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Possess a strong network and well-established relationships within the industry.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
