We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team in Dubai's thriving real estate market. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue generation. RESPONSIBILITES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, and leasing agents.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Follow up on new and existing business opportunities, setting up meetings, and delivering successful presentations.
- Identify and approach potential buyers through networking, referrals, advertisements, and online platforms.
- Develop strategic business plans to drive sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Manage client expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments, and building sustainable long-term business relationships.
- Marketed and promoted completed and off-plan properties to existing clients and potential investors globally through corporate brokers.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver reports on business development activities and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred).
- Being Bilingual or Multilingual is advantageous.
