Kinetic has partnered with a leading holding company who are hiring a Business Development Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
• Maintain good relationships with business partners, contacts, and potential clients.
• Perform market research and analysis.
• Stay updated with trends, news, and events.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years business development experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising agency, or similar environment.
• Strong network and customer base within the UAE.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and executing business opportunities.
• Excellent understanding of advertising services.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
