Job description
1. As one of the core team members, work for long-term success in the whole global expansion of OceanBase. Join the entire journey from brainstorming to execution and then achieve results together with the team.
2. As the node in Middle East Asia, discover the market including the overseas Chinese related market and local market, and set up the GTM strategy with the teams together.
3. Set the correct target with the manager according to the GTM strategy including the sales quota and milestones, then achieve it.
4. Take the leadership and multifunctional role in the early stage and try to build the foundation for future growth of the local business and global expansion.
5. Collaborate closely with team members including Solution Architect, Product Development, and Management team to provide feedback on customers' requirements and to lead opportunity development.
6. Work closely with Marketing and Business Development Representative teams to drive demand generation activities and build the pipeline for global expansion with a focus on the named account list.
7. Co-sell with partners in your assigned territory to drive optimized conversion rates.
Job requirement
1. Passion and energy to strive in a global, dynamic, disruptive, fast-paced, and energetic environment.
2. 3+ years global working experience with fluent bilingual speaking in Mandarin and English. Best case of study experience in the US and Europe.
3. 3+ years of experience in Enterprise/Data/Cloud sales at an established technology company within these spaces: data/infrastructure/cloud company.
4. Possess current relationships with relevant customers in MEA. Clients in Web3/Fintech/Banking/e-Commerce/Retail/Logistics/Gaming/Digital Natives are preferred.
5. Working knowledge of database and/or cloud computing fields.
6. Track record engaging and influencing senior executives and familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers.
7. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management, and account management teams.
