About the role
As we continue our global growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our commercial team and play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition.
This is a high-activity, fast-paced environment, which requires high-volume, transactional sales to healthcare professionals across the UAE region. You’ll need to be comfortable maintaining a large number of leads and engaging in frequent outbound touch points to achieve revenue targets.
You’ll be responsible for
- Driving revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition through high-volume outreach
- Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, whilst building and maintaining a robust pipeline of individual healthcare professionals
- Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs, with the support from your manager and the wider team
- Researching, preparing, and delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field
About you
- Fluency in English language
- You have a minimum of three years’ experience within sales; experience within the healthcare industry is desired but not required
- You possess natural communication skills and are not afraid of telephone, virtual, and in-person acquisition; resilience is key
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
- You love tackling difficult challenges with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution
- Last but by no means least, you believe in our mission and want to be a part of revolutionising the healthcare market with us
