Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for a self driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence across hospitality, commercial and retail projects in UAE. A person who enjoys building strong long-lasting relationships, influencing decisions, and feel motivated by achieving ambitious goals and winning new business opportunities.

What you’ll do
• Identify and qualify projects and clients across hospitality, commercial and retail
• Develop and grow key accounts to meet revenue goals
• Support design & build partners with product specifications and proposals
• Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors and end clients
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, forecast, and drive closing
• Represent Ege Carpets at industry events across the UAE

What you’ll bring
• Proven experience in interior product sales and specifications
• A strong, active network in the UAE
• Ability to work independently, with a self driven, results oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Professional level English proficiency (written and spoken) is required
