Job description / Role
Our client, an international technology company, is seeking a Business Development Manager (B2B) for the MEA region, based in Dubai. Reports to Head of Professional. You must have regional experience and a strong track record in project sales.
The Role
* The Business Development Manager (B2B) will identify and secure new business across GCC by creating and continually growing a pipeline of new accounts to deliver sales of Professional products.
* Provide an effective business management interface and build relationships with key business contacts to unlock major opportunities across multi-site organisations in GCC.
* Implementing the Professional strategy across the whole of GCC.
* To manage all sales opportunities through CRM platform; Salesforce.com and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
* Gain an understanding of the key drivers for each channel/sector of customer and tailor commercial proposals and solutions to exceed these needs.
* Deliver effective sales & product training to Distributor partner sales teams.
Requirements
* Graduate
* Proven, field based, sales experience within the B2B arena (ideally electronics or technology), including -
* Excellent lead generation experience
* Proven customer management background
* Demonstrable and successful business development experience
* Experience in a product based environment is desirable
* Proven ability to negotiate
* The Business Development Manager (B2B) will possess excellent relationship building skills
* Track record of innovation and problem solving
