Charterhouse is working alongside an internationally renowned, technology-driven organisation, due to regional growth our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their established team in Dubai.
In this pivotal role, the Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by selling core services, forging strategic B2B partnerships, and consistently converting new business opportunities. Key responsibilities will include building and managing a robust sales pipeline, adopting a consultative approach to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance service quality and accelerate business growth. As a trusted advisor, the role will stay ahead of industry trends, deepen the expertise, and actively engage in networking events to strengthen the market presence. The role will also benefit from direct access to the executive leadership team, providing the support and resources needed to achieve your sales objectives.
The role is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives in an autonomous role which offers the opportunity to manage and nurture their own portfolio of accounts and long term partnerships.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should hold a Degree in Business Management or a related field with at least 3-5 years proven track record in a B2B Business Development/Partnerships role. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, alongside a strong business acumen and ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets in a deadline driven environment.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
