Our client established in the UAE more than 15 years ago has seen impressive growth and demand for their products and services.

Delivering a range of design options and tailor made building materials to major projects across the GCC including Meydan, Dubai Metro, Salalah Airport, Doha International Airport, etc

As a result of their continuous expansion plans we are seeking an experienced individual to develop their current portfolio across the region

Key role is to actively develop new projects and Project Bids and to maintain the relationships and support

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships / opportunities and set up meetings in geographical areas (UAE/ Oman/ Qatar)
- Monitor the market and identify leads.
- Respond to tenders and requests in a timely manner.
- Build local awareness and client base through active participation with local professional associations and networking events.
- Identify new geographical areas and develop a lead base in them.
- Work closely with the Estimation/ Contracts/ Design teams to provide them accurate information in preparation of presentations, bids, contracts, etc.
- Motivate and encourage reportees to pursue leads and develop their market
- Achieve targets set by the Management
- Maintaining client base and minimizing attrition.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales and marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in developing existing and new markets
- Previous experience in Building materials is essential
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
