Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational market leader within the concrete industry. Our client is looking to hire an experienced and well connected Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai.
You will manage relationships with existing customers and key accounts as well as build new relationships to ensure the products are specified on projects whilst winning and executing clients projects. You will network and build relationships with key industry and project stakeholders with the aim of providing quality enquiries and ensuring engagement for the projects at the earliest stage of concept.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years UAE experience in a sales role within the concrete industry. It is essential you have technical concrete knowledge and a network of contacts with developers, contractors and consultants in the region. You should be a hands-on sales professional with experience working in small teams. You should also have a mature and creditable demeanour with a strong technical knowledge and flair for sales. Experience in selling a premium concrete product will be highly advantageous.
