Position Title: Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus

Job Description:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate the growth of the agency across all services we offer (Digital Advertising, Video Production & Influencer Marketing).
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
• Identify business opportunities and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs and grow the company’s client base and lead generation.
• Develop and negotiate contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 7 years of managerial experience in the digital marketing industry
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
