Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Director – Saygen Genetics to lead our efforts in promoting, marketing our molecular diagnostic kits and various products including PCR kit in the domestic and international market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business development, including sales and marketing type of products we deal with, and a deep understanding of the biotechnology market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for PCR kits.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Drive sales targets and support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
• 3 – 5 years of experience in molecular diagnostic and PCR kits marketing.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing within biotech or diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology products and the diagnostics industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
