Job description / Role
A large European logistics business, who have a strong foothold and presence in the GCC are currently expanding their operations due to the success of the strategic road map over the last 2 years.
This well-known 3PL are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager in Dubai, to support with the growth of the Freight Forwarding business.
We are looking for BDM’s that are ready to take the next step into a Sales Manager position in the next 12 months, which is what the carved-out succession plan will be.
This business offers higher than market rate salaries, offering between 10,000 AED – 15,000 AED + lucrative commission package, as well as a long term regional development path.
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
As the title suggests you will be responsible for creating and developing opportunities through relationship management with new target clients, across a number of industry sectors.
You must have strong sales experience and thorough understanding of Freight Forwarding. A deep understanding of the sector and an ability to engage and influence at Director Level is paramount.
