Business Development Manager (Facilities Management)

Job description / Role

We are seeking for an experienced Business Development Manager for one of our clients in Dubai which is a multinational and a high level technical Maintenance/FM Company.

This role is more technical that they require someone who can do BD, prepare tenders, participate and win large scale projects/contracts.

Key Responsibility:
The main feature of this role will be to support the regional expansion by handling and generating business leads and by maintaining concise records and detail of business correspondence with clients & peers and work towards winning them.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management industry
• Experience of Sales, Business Development and bid preparation
• Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities
• Excellent command of the English language demonstrated through good verbal and written communication

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
