Position Title: Business Development Manager – Fit-out & Joinery
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Track sales activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and growth.

- Open to bilingual speakers, preferably in English-Arabic languages
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or any relevant field
- At least 5–8 years relevant experience in the interior fit-out / joinery / turnkey renovation (UAE preferred) industry
- Proficient CRM systems tools, presentation tools, and basic estimating/tender coordination & Proven track record closing B2C/B2B projects

Salary:
AED 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
