Job description / Role

Business Development Manager up to 30K AED for Oil and Gas industry

• Promote PME businesses and explore new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC market
• Work closely with the General Manager and provide timely feedback on all assignments given by the office of the General Manager
• Formulate and implement the business development strategies and establish objectives in close coordination with the General Manage
• Develop and pursue new joint ventures (JV), limited liability companies (LLC) or other forms of business firms between PME Group and potential business partners
• Create, develop and maintain a professional and strong business relationship with key decision-makers among potential clients in the oil & gas industry, governmental departments, marine companies, contractors and consultants in the UAE and GCC markets
• Plan and implement market researches and analyses market surveys and marketing campaigns
• Prepare and manage in coordination with the sales manager and sales engineers , technical presentations, seminars and workshops for potential customers in the market
• Manage the participation with local and international exhibition
• Source out new products, negotiate and finalize agency agreements with potential business partners
• Preferably can join immediately (max-1month)
• Must have a valid UAE driver’s license


• POSITION: Business Development Manager
• SALARY: up to 30,000 AED plus incentives, petrol and mobile allowance and family benefits (depending on experience and qualifications)
• LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately and willing to work in a permanent role

• Open to Indian and Arabic nationality
• Male, 45 years old and below

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• 3 years of working experience in Oil and Gas field

• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent skills in teamwork, leadership and communication
• Aggressive strategist with proven ability to close the deals via strong and persuasive closing skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
