Job description / Role
A highly reputable Fit out Contractor with an excellent and long standing reputation throughout the Middle East has an immediate opportunity for a Business Development Manager for the UAE.
You will be based out of Dubai and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships and identifying and developing new clients and opportunities across the UAE, predominantly. This challenging and busy role will encompass but not be limited to identifying new opportunities and managing the proposal / bid / tender process, ensuring client presentations are delivered in line with marketing and branding efforts, leading initiatives to pre-qualify any client / project leads and working closely with other Directors to prepare business plans and conduct strategic planning for the business unit.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you will have a background in either architectural or civil engineering with 10+ years’ experience of working at a management level with a Fit out Contractor. A proven track record of identifying and winning new projects within the Middle East as well as strong network of Architects, Consultants, and Developers are required. You will be ambitious, motivated and driven with a passion for business development.
