Charterhouse is working with a Multinational Professional Services organisation who is looking to expand its presence across the UAE and wider MENA region. Our client is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional who has an existing network and capabilities to develop strategic partnerships ideally within the healthcare industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious organisation and help to expand their presence and establish key partner relationships across the UAE and selected MENA markets. The main objective of this role will be to develop and implement a comprehensive B2B strategy which focuses on the growth of strategic relationships, expansion of B2B offerings and increased brand awareness.

This role will not only prioritise the development of new business relationships but will also aim to strengthen and enhance existing relationships through understanding partners pain points, areas of opportunity and need to adapt offerings in order to meet client’s business objectives.

An additional aspect of this role will involve working with relevant internal colleagues internationally to create competitive high-quality pitches and proposals which address clients needs and result in new confirmed business. Our client is looking to hire a dedicated B2B sales professional who has a proven track record in developing business in both the UAE public and private sector.

In order to cultivate strong client relationships, the successful candidate will be expected to travel when required by the organisation and attend various events such as industry relevant conferences and networking events, sometimes taking place outside of normal working hours.


To be considered for this role, the candidate should ideally hold a Degree in business or relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE working in a B2B Sales or Partnerships role within Education, Healthcare or Professional Services industry.

Our client is looking to hire someone who demonstrates excellent networking capabilities, interpersonal skills and strong business acumen. Ideally the successful candidate should be fully fluent in both English and Arabic.
