Job description / Role
Our client is has a portfolio of nine hotels and hotel Deluxe apartments across the UAE.
They are hiring for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This candidate will be reporting directly to the Executive Director and be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and be involved in the review, approval and finalisation of contracts for new hotels and restaurants.
The candidate will be in close cooperation with suppliers, contractors and architects and will be implementing standards, policy and procedures according to the hotel strategies. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in dealing with the pre-opening process and soft opening scheduling. The candidate will also be responsible of leading and supervising a team of 12 employees.
Requirements
Applicant will require a minimum of 7 years’ experience within Hotel industry, on exceptional occasions Real Estate background can be considered. The successful candidate will be experienced in networking and business development. The candidate must have experience in Hospitality. The candidate must speak English and Arabic is a plus.
The role will provide competitive salary package.
