Business Development Manager - Hotels and Hospitality

Our client is an international renowned interior design firm, specializing in high-end, innovative designs for the hospitality sector. Currently they are seeking a Business Development Manager are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and expand their presence across the Europe, Middle East, and Asia (EMEA) markets.

This is a remote position that requires regular travel to meet potential clients and partners across the EMEA region. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving growth within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the hospitality sector and be capable of leveraging existing connections to generate new business for our interior design services. This role combines remote work flexibility with the dynamic nature of travel and face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders in the industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
• A strong network and established relationships within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, developers, architects, etc.).
• Experience in selling interior design or related services within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while managing travel schedules and client meetings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
