Business Development Manager - ICT

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and Cyber Security Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships to achieve targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the ICT/Cyber Security markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieve target.

• 5+ years of sales experience with a Degree or Masters (or equivalent) qualification
• Strong relationships selling ICT products and solutions in SME, Hospitality and Enterprise Sector.
• Strong IT background from ideally a systems integration background with focus on Networking, Infrastructure, Data Center, Virtualization and Cyber Security Solution.
• Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex contractual agreements is preferred
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the Enterprise Networking, Cyber Security, Service Business.
• Create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with key customers.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
