Our team's role is to act as the translation layer between an organisation's cyber security needs, business strategy and technology. In practice, this means that we work closely with our clients to assess their needs, chart their cyber security and digital transformation roadmaps, provide them with integrated solutions end-to-end and support them in managing their digital assets to make them resilient and create sustainable competitive advantage.
We take on a multi-pronged advisory, education & training, coordination, and execution role to bring each project to fruition.
You will support the development and implement the sales strategy within our Trust Services by developing new business, ensuring revenue and profitability, and account management, while maintaining highest customer satisfaction.
In this job, you will:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Determine opportunities by researching current certificate usage of prospects and investigating
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Collaborate with TS team members to determine technical requirements of prospects.
- Investigate opportunities for additional products and services with current customers.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives and TS team members for further development.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territories/verticles
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
To bring your dream to life, you'll need:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of PKI required
- Proven account management skills and experience in handling large government / corporate accounts
- Technical competence and understanding on security, software, hardware, networks, etc.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and a skilled negotiator
- Ability to handle stressful situations, pressures and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals including stakeholders from internal audit, compliance and business units
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Arabic verbal and written communication skills a plus
