Charterhouse is working with a growing international insurance organisation based in Dubai who is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to expand the corporate client base for the business and increase sales revenue.
This role involves executing persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to place new business. You will meet targets for sales by using your in-depth knowledge of the insurance market, competitors and the products / services that our client provides to close sales and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will implement effective products, services and processes that increase revenue, membership and profitability. You will also attend events and seminars to keep updated on emerging trends in the market, build on your network by meeting potential clients and conducting engaging presentations, as well as connect with brokers and maintain these relationships.
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in a B2B sales position ideally within the professional services Industry. This role requires a UAE driving licence and a car. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and possess an entrepreneurial spirit to allow you to identify innovative ways to help gain new clients and close sales.
