Job description / Role
We are on the lookout for a charismatic go-getter with an extensive client base in the Commercial Interior Fit out sector within the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be well accustomed to lead generation and successfully converting proposals to Wins.
• Effective follow-through tactics and negotiation skills to successfully close deals.
• Well organised in targeting various avenues for creating fresh prospects and growing a strong portfolio of clients.
• Should be comfortable in presenting design & commercial proposals directly to clients.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets in a Commercial Interior Fit out firm.
• Strong communication skills and should be well groomed.
Requirements
• Minimum three years of UAE experience
• Result driven and self motivated
• Presentation skills
• Highly organised
• Local driving License a must
• Qualifications in Interior Design / Architecture would be an advantage
