Business Development Manager - Interior Fitouts
Salary: based on Experience
Location: Dubai
Our Client is on of the leaders in Interior Design, Manufacturing and Contracting in the UAE.
Established more that 30 years ago, they are well known in the market for high quality iconic projects and a vast portfolio, providing a turnkey service tailor made to their clients expectations.
Due to their continuous growth in the Middle Eastern Market we are seeking a highly talented and experienced Business development Manager to join the team.
The Key role is to target and secure upcoming projects in the UAE
Responsibilities
• Prospect, source and develop new business opportunities through consultants, architects, interior designers and partnership contractors to increase revenue and market share.
• Prepare and present sales proposals.
• Work closely with the project team and liaise with the client until contract handover.
• Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients and ensure professional and timely services at all stages of the business development cycle
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in business or engineering, or a related field
• Currently working in a business development / sales in the UAE in turnkey interior fit out design and build.
• Strong technical awareness of commercial and residential interior fitout, joinery, flooring, lighting and joinery works
• Ability to work very autonomously, structured and to deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• IT literate
• Customer Service knowledge
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Detail oriented, self-discipline and self-motivation
• Able to confidently deal with all management levels
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong Negotiation skills
