Job description / Role
Full monthly package up to AED20000
On behalf of our client, a European Kitchen & Furniture Manufacturer, we are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager] for their Dubai Office. You will be actively involved in distributor/partners in acquiring & processing project sales thereby ensuring targets are achieved.
You will coordinate between German factories, Middle East office and Distributors/Partners. You will initiate, develop and implement marketing plans and strategies in line with the overall brand development thereby specifying the brand to the leading developers, consultants and interior designers in the region. You will conduct training to the staff of the distributors.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have 5 - 8 years of management experience in interior design industry with proven track record in achievements and key account management. Preferably you have an Interior Design or Architect degree and background with a management degree. You are proficient in MS Office, fluent in English and you hold a valid UAE Driving license. You have strong understanding of client needs and requirements and excellent communication skills.
This is a great opportunity for a mid level candidate who is able to [u]travel extensively to Middle East, Africa, Europe and south & South East Asia.
