What you'll be doing
Our Manager - B2B is responsible to set the budget and manage P&L for the B2B channel through building and strengthening the relationship with hotels and corporates, managing stock levels and making suitable recommendations to clients, to build and grow the B2B business. This role will have 2 team members to support, one based in KSA and one supporting on Admin processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Corporate, Hotels and Spas relationships in order to build a strong working relationship
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Manage the P&L for the B2B channel
- Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, e?ectively and accurately Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response of their inquiries and provide quotations accordingly.
- Anticipate the clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term business partnerships.
- Introduce the company's pro?le and communicate the selection of products available.
- Maximize sales and following up on orders, stock and deliveries.
- Oversee collection of receivables in timely fashion
- Provide market feedback to the commercial team regarding movement of goods / brands.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on the budget requirements and limits
- Coordinate with Supply Chain team to ensure quality and accuracy of merchandising.
- Keep abreast the market conditions and trends in the ?eld pertinent to brands / products.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand the sales network.
- Support the team with New Product Launch strategy and information.
- Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, including setting performance goals and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Assign individual objectives for employee performance management purposes, manage performance, empower team, and provide formal and informal feedback in order to support professional development and maximize performance.
Requirements:
- B2B background / 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- English fluency and Arabic language mandate
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.
