Job description / Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Setting monthly revenue target and allocate tasks to the Team to achieve it.
• Responsible for the developing revenue streams in UAE by managing the entire marketing and sales generation process using client networks across the UAE and building out a new pipeline.
• Develop marketing and sales demand generation strategy and identify core markets (multiple industries available).
• Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.
• Maximize your marketing, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.
• Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, jobsites, etc.).
• Negotiating salary and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years UAE experience
Specialization: Manpower Recruitment, Executive Search, HR Consultancy
Nationality: Any
Language: English, Hindi, Urdu, (Arabic speaking is an advantage)
Salary: AED5,000 + Commission
Requirements:
• Previous and current experience working with Manpower Recruitment companies.
• Must have experience with some of the following industries - Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities Management, etc.
• Experience with UAE clients is essential and potential clients pipeline an advantage.
• Must have a strong client relations and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to work 60 hours a week – able to extend work timings whenever needed. Must be available during weekend when appropriate.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
