Business Development Manager – Pumps

Job description / Role

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector to lead and grow our Abu Dhabi operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand our full pumps portfolio in Abu Dhabi.
• Work closely with the product sales team (in Dubai and Abu Dhabi) to identify sales growth opportunities, support day-to-day business activities and handle RFQs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across ADNOC, EPCs, and industrial sectors by conducting timely follow-ups on live offers and performing client visits.

• 8+ years’ experience in Abu Dhabi with Oil & Gas industries.
• Strong background with pumps: AODD, Positive Displacement, Centrifugal, Submersible (with emphasis on Oil & Gas/EPC applications).
• Established customer contacts in Abu Dhabi.
• Arabic speaker (preferred nationalities: Syrian, Egyptian, Sudanese, Algerian, Yemeni).
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE Driving License required.
Location: Abu Dhabi (must reside or be willing to relocate).
