Job description / Role
Our client is a boutique asset management firm based in Dubai, who manage various mixed use buildings throughout the UAE.
They currently have a requirement for a Business Development Manager to join their existing team.
Key requirements for this position are as follows;
- This role will be key to bringing on new business, i.e clients properties for the firm to asset manage.
- Strong real estate sales background, preferably in the UAE.
- To have come from, or have knowledge of property management services.
- Ability to develop & maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients.
Requirements
- At least 5 years real estate experience
- Must be fluent in Arabic & English
- Must be based in the UAE
- Property management experience is desirable
- Be target driven
Salary for this role is AED 15,000 + standard benefits
