Job description / Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. You will initiate contact with target companies through phone and email. You will arrange business meetings with prospective clients and understand their staffing needs. You will send proposals to prospective clients, persuasively communicate and negotiate on terms and pricing. You will build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. You will plan and oversee new marketing initiatives. You will attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Requirements
To be successful, you should have a minimum 5 years of experience in business development/ sales role. A bachelor’s degree in Administration/Management or related field will be preferred.
