Job description / Role
A leading multinational rental & leasing company have a requirement for a Business Development Manager to join their sales leadership team in the UAE.
This is a newly created position reporting into the VP Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating a business plan and regional sales strategy for presentation at board level.
- Mapping the oil & gas projects and operations markets of the GCC and key decision makers within them.
- Introducing new oil and gas rental products into the existing rental portfolio.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell within existing oil & gas accounts.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate will have strong Oil & Gas client relationships in the GCC region - NOCs, IOCs, EPCs, Oilfield Services.
- He/she should be able to influence O & G industry clients and discuss rental solutions at a technical level.
- Sales/Commercial/Business Development background – not operations.
- Experience or understanding of A60s and Blast Resistant Modules is strongly preferred.
