We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Homecare services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, established healthcare connections, and proven experience in expanding homecare business operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand homecare services
• Identify new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, corporates, and individual clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including doctors, discharge coordinators, and healthcare administrators
• Promote home nursing, caregiver services, physiotherapy, doctor home visits, and other homecare solutions
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients and partners
• Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and regular performance reports
• Ensure compliance with DOH / DHA / MOH regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Homecare business development in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing standards
• Established network within hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and corporates
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred)

Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
