Business Development Officer

Job description / Role

AED12000 per month plus commission

On behalf of our client a customer service organisation who deal with mystery shopping in the region we are looking to recruit a Business Development Officer. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing the company's sales activities ,prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales managing personal time and productivity. Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.

Manage service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have three years B2B experience outdoor sales experience, two of which must be in Dubai, be fluent in English with Arabic as an added advantage, have a strong passion for sales and dealing with senior decision makers.
