Business Development Partner - Recruitment Agency - Commission Based - Home Based

Iris Group is looking for a Business Development Partner to generate new clients (employers) in the recruitment sector. Your role will be to contact new employers and manage existing ones, in order to generate new vacancies. Once done, our team of trained headhunters will send you several profiles for each vacancy so that you can simply forward them to your client, who will begin interviewing them.
When a candidate is selected by your client for a permanent hire, we charge employers on average 15% to 20% of the candidate's annual gross salary. And we focus on the Executive Search level and the Emiratisation Sector, where salaries are usually very high.
We take 50% off each placement and we pay our business partners the day we receive the payments from clients.
Your role will be to simply work with employers (clients) by:
- Securing new terms of business (agreements) or reactivating existing ones
- Adding vacancies on the system
- Speak to headhunted profiles and choose the ones that should be sent to your clients
- Organize interviews between your clients and your candidates.
You will use our internal resources, completely free of charge.

Q: What is the average value of 1 placement?
A: 120,000 AED. We work solely on senior roles.
Q: What if the niche I work in, is not the same as yours?
A: Not a problem.
Q: Are there working hours?
A: No. We have been working from home since 2016 and everyone manages his own time.
Q: Is this a paid job? Do you provide a Visa?
A: No, because you will not be employed by the company. This is a Business Partner role, where you would use our company's setup, clients, and team to establish your own revenue stream. We will simply take a share if and only if you generate a placement. (And you don't have to pay anything to join us)
Q: What if I have not worked for recruitment agencies before, but I'm a confident Business Developer?
A: If you have been selling services to B2B markets, let's have a discussion.
Q: What if I'm already working full-time somewhere?
A: Then this role might not be for you right now, calling companies requires that you call them during normal working hours... so if you already have a "day" job, this wouldn't work, unfortunately...
Q: How long does it take to secure the first placement/deal?
A: Good question. From the day you'll join, it can take between 3 to 6 months for you to secure your first placement. But things get much better after that initial period. Since you will be working on several roles/vacancies at the same time, when the first placement finally comes, the second placement should be just behind (since several of your candidates will be at the interview stage with different vacancies...). In other words, the second, third (...) placement, get closer and closer to one another...
Please note that this is not a "Get Rich Quick" scheme. Although the recruitment sector is the second most financially rewarding sector (after the trading sector), it does take an initial investment in time.
Q: What if I only have some telesales/telemarketing experience?
A: If your experience is in generating calls (outbound) for at least 1 year recently, we'd be interested to hear from you too.
