Position Title: Business Development Representative
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience & qualifications plus commissions

A Dubai based top service provider in the UAE for almost two decades, and contribute to delivering exceptional solutions for our customers

Job Description:
• Prospect and engage clients through in-person and virtual sales presentations to promote homecare services and meet targets.
• Assess client needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with care teams to create personalized care plans and medical support.
• Monitor industry trends, attend events and report on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or any related field
• At least 2 years relevant experience from healthcare, homecare or service industries with strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
