Job Brief:
We are looking for two energetic and results-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our client's B2B sales team. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling high-quality appointments with decision-makers across global markets. This is a communication-heavy role that requires high levels of clarity, confidence, and persistence to build a robust sales pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:
• Outreach: Conduct consistent outbound calling and personalized email outreach to B2B prospects.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
• Nurturing: Follow up diligently with prospects to drive engagement and increase conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or BDR roles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Sales Acumen: Strong phone presence with the ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers confidently.
• Mindset: Highly motivated to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Language Skills: Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
• Global Exposure: Prior experience selling to international markets is considered a significant advantage.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
