SG Recruitment are working with a global technology company to hire a Business Development Representative. This role is based in Dubai and will offer hybrid working after probation.
- Hit targets for qualified opportunities, response SLAs, pipeline value, and revenue.
- Prospect and create pipeline from inbound/marketing leads and outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Identify, engage, and qualify new opportunities across assigned industries.
- Progress deals through the pipeline with sound judgment.
- Personalise messaging and outreach to customer needs and goals.
- Pitch the value proposition clearly and build trust with prospects.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build prospecting plans.
- Stay up to date on product updates and competitors, and continuously improve outreach.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience as a BDR/SDR in the tech industry
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Confident communicator, fast rapport-builder, and naturally curious with prospects
