Position Title: Business Development Representative – Real Estate
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 40K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions

About the Client:
A leading firm shaping urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation in Dubai & Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and partners.
• Monitor real estate trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, prepare proposals, and support deal closures.

• Open to Arabic and European nationalities, Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or in any relevant field
• At least 5 years sales/business development experience from Real Estate industry
• Must have strong track record of hitting sales targets with in-depth knowledge of the local market, regulations, and client behavior

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
