Job description / Role

Objectives:
- Attract new customers and agents
- Customer retention

Main responsibilities:
- Update CRM databank
- Meet existing and new customers
- Achieve KPIs (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
- Work together with different departments

Reporting to: Managing director

Other interactions:
- Coordinate with operations
- Applicants required: 2 - 3
- Duration: permanent, full- time
- Desired start date: immediately
- Probation: 6 months
- Working hours:
- Sun- Thu: 8am-5pm
- Sat: 8am-1pm
- Travel requirements: occasionally (national & international)
- Commission / Bonus: monthly, quarterly and yearly (according to KPIs)

Requirements

University Qualifications:
- Undergraduate

Nature and length of previous experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Sales

Specialist knowledge:
- Logistics/ supply chain
- Import- export

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Creative
- Energetic
- Good negotiator
- Patient
- Presentable
- Self motivating

- Age Range: 23- 33 years
- Language Fluency: fluent english
- Current Location: UAE
