Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Experience in Commercial Interiors. Such as office, retail & hotel interior fitout works.
- Read Bill of quantities and quotations.
- Negotiating and collection of payments from clients. Leading, delegating and negotiation skills.
- Able to work as a team with the design and production department.
- Need to study the drawings and present quote along with estimation.
- Assist sales team in achieving targets. Generating new leads and accounts.
- Cultivating new accounts as well as maintaining relationship with existing clients.
- Update management with latest market trends.
- Forecasting and planning according to latest trends.
- Willing to travel with in the UAE region.
- Maintaining an accurate prospect database and produce monthly sales pipeline and progress reports.
- Identify, investigate, validate and proactively pursue appropriate opportunities in line with corporate sales strategy.
- Identify and attend appropriate conferences/industry events and co-ordinate marketing activity and corporate hospitality with the purpose of developing relationships and raising the company profile.
- Lead and co-ordinate all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, introductory meetings, sales presentations, production of proposals/tender responses, agreement of commercial terms, contract negotiations, planning and implementation.

Requirements

- Strong emailing and commutation skills with clients.
- Knowledge of materials in relation to interior fit out industry.
- Knowledge of office furniture
- Confident and Energetic.
- Knowledge in Drawings
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Driving license is a must.
- Negotiating abilities.
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Ms Word, Autocad, Max.
- Power point presentation skills.
- Long term team Player.
